Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HYGENIE® PRODUCT

Hygenie® is proud to offer you a one (1) year limited warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for residential use only. The warranty is extended to the original owner in the USA and Canada and is non-transferable (other than to the extent permitted by applicable law).

This limited warranty pertains to all Hygenie® adult incontinence disposal systems, accessories, as well as all Hygenie® refills.

The original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims, and it must be purchased from an authorized seller; specially discounted merchandise may not be covered by our warranty.

This limited warranty does not apply to retailers, commercial applications, or establishments. Minor imperfections and slight color variations may be considered normal. This warranty is valid only on products used in accordance with the provided instruction manual. It does not cover products assembled incorrectly or subjected to abnormal use. Normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper handling, accident, abuse, neglect, or alteration of the product will not be covered under this limited warranty. Hygenie® will not be held responsible for any direct or consequential damages or injuries related to the use of this product arising from improper use or assembly of this product.

The remedy under this limited warranty shall be product or part replacement at Hygenie®’s discretion as provided herein and cannot exceed the original purchase price. Replaced product will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. Product(s) or component part(s) may be required to be returned for inspection and verification. To process a warranty claim, customers must complete our customer contact form on www.Hygenie®care.com with the following information: first name, last name, product model number, purchase date, retailer name where product was purchased, and a copy of the sales receipt. The Hygenie® team will review the warranty claim request and if eligible, either the entire product or a part replacement shall be issued and expedited to the customer’s address.

You may have consumer rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, or municipal law that supersede aspects of this warranty. This warranty does not, in any way, supersede the rights given to you by law.

Hygenie® reserves its right to modify or change the terms and conditions of this warranty at any time. Should the case arise, a notice indicating the modifications to the terms and conditions of this warranty will be published on Hygenie®’s website at least thirty (30) days prior to their coming into effect and/or will be sent to you by e-mail if you have an account on Hygenie®’s website. The version of this warranty that is in force at the time when a purchase is made is the version of this warranty that will apply to that purchase.
